Established in 2018, KD Design Studio (KDDS) was founded by Ar. Kaushal Dave and later co-founded by Ar. Dwija Dave. The company focuses on exterior and interior design projects, valuing functionality over budget-oriented designs.
At KDDS, every client is welcomed with their unique design challenges and needs, which we analyze and curate practically, thoughtfully, functionally, and aesthetically. Moreover, KD & DD are deeply involved in every process and every detail throughout the project.
The studio is surrounded by a lush green environment along with the asphalt drum mix plant and R.M.C. plant, which has been run by our parent company since 1990.
KDDS is a multidisciplinary firm dealing in architecture, interior design, and turnkey projects. The studio works with highly qualified agencies and suppliers to ensure qualitative and quantitative work.

KD began his architectural journey in 2017 as a Jr. Architect, where he gained real-world experience, and later founded KDDS in 2018. Since then, he has continued exploring the world and has come to understand global design patterns. His sincerity and discipline make a huge impact on the work ethic and office culture.

Co-Founder

DD completed her Bachelor of Architecture in the year 2018. After graduating, she worked at an architecture firm in Nadiad for a year. During this period, she started planning to study further abroad in Sustainable architecture. She completed her post graduation studies in the year 2022. During her academic years, she took an internship in an architecture company where she learned about designing and constructing banks and commercial complexes.
After completing her studies, she joined an Engineering company in 2022. During her period of service, she contributed to several restoration projects, gaining experience and developing a deeper understanding of detailing and construction processes.
Designing spaces to DD is a responsibility, thoughtfulness, and responsiveness to its nature. For her, architecture is an everyday learning process.
Every project brings new challenges; it is a designer’s role to minimize environmental impact while enhancing comfort and efficiency of the project.
